Health-care facilities, hygienic, nutrition and sanitation generally are poor and beyond the means of most, particularly in rural areas. Provision of health services is constrained by government spending, rugged country and lack of health education (which lowers the demand  for health service). Most hospitals are located in urban areas  trained staff and medicines. Thus, heath clinics and hospitals generally are used only for persistent and serious illnesses. The government has tried decentralizing health service to villages, but the program has not provided notable public health improveA  local women had  treatment from what we providedments. In 2003 Nepal had 10 health centers, 83 hospitals, 700 health post and 3158 sub-health posts, which serve villages. In 2000 government funding for health, matters was approximately $2.30 per person. In addition, there were 12569 physicians. In other word one physician for every 18,493 persons as well as per nurses 4987 persons. In 2000 government funding for health matters was approximately 2.30 per person, and approximately 70% of health expenditures came from out of pocket contributions. Government allocations for health were around 5.1 % of the budget for fiscal year 2004 and foreign donors provided around 30% of the total budget for health expenditures.

Sanjok pokharel is orphan, he is 7 years old .Death of his father is very early and Mother is housewife, in his family none of them is educated. His economics condition also low. these people are homeless and don't have any property, Now the mother is going to work on daily wage and feed the her children . She has seven children with her and some of the are going to work. But in village there no such an opportunity for work, they have spent a whole day for one full stomach. The movement of this society is very fast. Parents want to make their children educated but they are UN able due to domestic and economic problem. Due to those problems they have to work to survive. The kind hearted man provided land to build a house. the children work in other house and get something's to eat .but their children were keen interested to learn .they are skill full also talent but they did not get any chance. In such situation if he gets help, he will make his future bright and brings changes in society.

Santoshi Nepali is living in japhe Village she is 6 years old. They are 4 people in family. Her family is in low status. They were back warded in all sector .Her parents are uneducated. The movement of these societies are very fast, her parents want to make their children educated but they were not able due to domestic and economic problem. To face problem of poverty they have to work to exist. They donors have land and house .they work in other house and get something's to eat .usually they have hard to mouth problem .but their children were keen interested to learn .they are skill full also talent but they did not get any chance. In such situation if they get help from other they will surely make their future bright and brings changes in our society .in this Morden world they are difficult to live there are not chance even living .if they got such opportunity fast./they will escape from poverty bad activities. By looking their condition they should get help from other they are skill full sincere, honest etc. if you provide such opportunity to them .we will be great full to you. We will be succeed every steps of our life

Kopali Bhujel is 12 years old. She is living in Japhe -2.her Father is Ganesh Bhadur Bhujel. They are nine in people in Family. Five Daughters and two sons. Father has to go for hard work. Even though very difficult survive. His economics condition also low. The movement of these societies is very fast .Ganesh Bhujel also want to make his children educated but he is unable due to domestic and economic problem. Due to those problems they have to work to exist. they work in other house and get something's to eat .usually they have hard time for hand to mouth problem .but their children were keen interested to learn .they are skill full also talent but they did not get any chance. It was dark evening, where is her mother? She is died! What? She left small children and gone to the second man. We found that she is gone with second husband. It was said moment for everyone. Asked about Devi how she is in study? Her grandmother replied she is in good. And hard working in study. But her father and mother is not at home. I got responsibilities for those children, Said by Dev's grand mother. Devi has sister. Both of them are with grand mother. This we have found in Devi’s life. Even though we are there for her to support for her study. We found her in school good and intelligent student.
